Quick check-in with representative. Reviewed maintenance requirements for the appointment. After an inspection of the vehicle, the technician made recommendations for additional service. Work was completed in a timely fashion. Technician reviewed future recommendations prior to my leaving.

When we purchased the vehicle in 2023, we were told there were 2 free oil changes per year for the life of the vehicle. We were surprised that the Dealership offered free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. From that point forward, we have continued to bring the vehicle to the dealership.for the free oil changes. We have not had any issues with the Service Department. Love dealing with Gerry Lane Chevrolet.

Service department is ELITE; Sandra C. has great customer service and goes beyond the typical/usual employee i’ve dealt with at other competing dealer service departments in the greater Baton Rouge, LA region. After being refused service for a check engine light at another local dealership (rhymes with ball car), we arrived at Gerry Lane with modest expectations. Fortunately our experience was the opposite of our first service attempt of the day. Problem diagnosed before lunch and parts on order by dinner. I came in for an oil change on a Saturday morning, and I was out within about an hour or so. Great customer service and speedy service too!!! I've been coming here since I purchased my car in 2015, and I always receive good customer service.

I was involved in a car accident into which I was not faulted. I'm not from Baton Rouge and know nothing about the area as I'm now a new duel resident of both Ohio, and Louisiana. The person who hit me was fully insured by State Farm. Gerry Lane isn't apart of State Farms approved Collision Centers however all of the State Farm approved centers didn't have very good google reviews. Sterling made our buying experience very pleasant. I will definitely go back when I need another vehicle some day. You cannot ask for more convenience than a sales person who will bring your new truck to you instead of going back to the dealership when it’s ready to go. Huge shout out for Deshown for taking really good care of us with a brand new 2024 Tahoe. Service was absolutely amazing friendly & quick. He is super amazing and super sweet. They worked very diligently until the sale was finalized. DQ helped me tremendously in informing me of rebates and trade in offers. She has great work ethic and really knows her “stuff”! Service was excellent!!!! Processing actually went faster than expected considering I test drove two vehicles. My dealer was new but had that not been mentioned, I wouldn’t have known. Sales woman Netta, sales manager Jarvis as well as finance manager were very thorough and knowledgeable of every detail that was covered. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase my daughter a graduation present at the same time, but we will be back!!
